Joining the company in 2011, Mike brings a wealth of Construction and Inspection knowledge to the Elite Group Home Inspection business. As a graduate of Cal Poly, Pomona with a business degree in Business Management & Human Resources, Mike has 10 years of experience working in a corporate environment as well as owning an operating a successful construction company for over 12 years. Mike’s ability to operate and respectfully manage multiple teams and projects, congruently, has offered him the opportunity to continue in the footsteps of the Elite Group founders, Tim Maher and Chad Hett, by growing the company from only 19 Inspectors (in 2011) to now over 90 Home Inspectors (2022)!

Mike has achieved the highest of honors within the Inspection Industry as a Certified Master Inspector Instructor, and he also has attained over 45 industry Inspection Certifications while being actively involved in the recruitment, on-boarding and extensive training of new Home Inspectors within The Elite Group. Working with an outstanding Administrative support staff, an industry leading Sales & Marketing team, and the most talented Operations infrastructure in the business, Mike is continuing to build upon the foundation developed by Elite’s founders to offer a long-term career path for current and future Elite Inspectors.
