Joining the Elite team in 2017, Paul brings two decades of experience in the real estate industry and a passion for perfecting the 5 star experience. As Director of Operations for The Elite Group, Paul thrives at spreading that 5 star passion to his team of over 80 Certified Home Inspectors and Master Inspectors. Paul is directly involved in the training and development of all Elite Group inspectors.

Before joining the Elite Group, Paul owned an independent inspection company and also spent 10 years as a licensed residential appraiser.

Paul is a Certified Master Inspector, a licensed FAA Drone Pilot, and a founding member of the SoCal Chapter of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
