Our Services
What We Check
A standard Elite Home Inspection is a non-invasive, visual inspection of a structure. It is conducted by a certified professional, who will look for defects or issues with the structure and its components, then provide you with a digital photo report for your review. Our standard inspection covers over 1,800 items, included in the categories below.
To make informed decisions about a home, you need complete, accurate data. Elite employs the latest technologies to uncover information about a home that would never be visible to the naked eye. With every Elite Home Inspection, you will receive a full inspection report of the 1,800+ items that have been reviewed by one of our Certified Inspectors. This is just one of the benefits that makes an Elite Inspection the most thorough inspection available today.
