Sewer Scope Inspection
A sewer scope inspection helps you avoid expensive repairs in the future by identifying issues early. It also gives you the leverage to request repairs from the current homeowner or negotiate a price reduction or credit.
Sewer system problems can lead to significant home damage. Our inspection services use advanced camera technology to identify issues like pipe obstructions, tree root intrusions, and sewer line bellying — problems that, if left unchecked, can be both costly and dangerous.
Do I Need A Sewer Inspection?
If you’re considering purchasing a new home, it’s a good idea to request a sewer inspection from the current homeowner. This will give you an idea of what you can expect in terms of maintenance and repair costs down the road.
How Are Sewers Inspected?
A sewer scope inspection is performed with the help of an advanced plumbing camera. This can give us a full picture of your sewer lines and rule out any invasive tree roots, damage, breaks, and blockages.
Conducting a sewer inspection can provide you with actionable information that helps avoid unexpected maintenance costs in the future. Having a sewer scope inspection is a proactive approach and a good investment for a new homeowner to understand the condition of the underground sewer lines.
