Paul Navarro performed a home inspection on a property we wished to purchase. His report was thorough and included many photos. We would absolutely use Elite Inspection Services again!

I had a building inspection for a 5-unit apartment building yesterday, and Steven Moody was our inspector. He was extremely professional, thorough, and responsible.
Nowadays, many inspectors rely on drones to inspect roofs and rooftop HVAC units, which can sometimes make it difficult to feel confident that everything has been properly checked. Steven, however, personally climbed up to the two-story roof and carefully inspected every corner. His attention to detail and dedication were truly impressive.
He also speaks multiple languages, including Mandarin, which made me feel especially comfortable and welcomed. It was such a warm and wonderful experience!
If I purchase any property in the future, Steven will definitely be my first choice for an inspector. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, trustworthy, and dedicated inspector.
Thank you, Steven, for your outstanding service!

Kris Rankin did an amazing and efficient job. It was raining when he came and that didn't stop him! He was fully prepared and executed the job perfectly. I would highly recommend him for inspection on your home. Very good with communication as well.

These are true professionals! They had a miscommunication on the time of our inspection and immediately corrected it. The supervisor, Joshua, came by the house to personally apologize and we had an inspector, Lauren, onsite within the hour. Lauren was excellent - explaining every finding, being careful to be unobtrusive and was very friendly and professional.

I've been in real estate for 12 years and I must say, Elite Group by far is the best. Kris the inspector is very knowledgeable and really knows how to explain everything to my buyers. Best home inspector I've used. He is always on time and very detailed discussing issues to my buyers.
