Air Quality Testing
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) estimates that we spend the majority of our lives indoors, making it crucial to maintain good air quality in our homes and workplaces. Air quality testing can detect mold spores and allergens in the air. Our experts collect samples from both inside and outside the property. These samples are then analyzed in a lab, with the outside sample serving as a control. If the indoor spore levels are higher than the control, it may indicate a mold or moisture problem within the property.
Get Tested by Home Inspection Professionals.
Many people avoid professional inspection and testing due to the high costs. However, Elite Inspection provides an affordable inspection and testing package that addresses most common air quality issues. Our service includes a visual assessment of common moisture areas, air quality samples taken in rooms of concern to the client or as identified by our inspectors, and an outdoor air quality test as a control sample. You will receive a professional lab report with clear explanations of the air quality findings.
