ZIP Code-Specific Estimates
Repair Pricer is a great resource for prospective buyers. Using market surveys for every ZIP code in the U.S., they obtain accurate data on labor, material, and repair costs. Through MLS images, Google Street View, and more, they receive factual information about the home. Next, a Pricing Expert will review each and every report. The report is then sent to you as a PDF within 24 hours or less. Repair Pricer is 98% accurate and is an excellent tool when it comes to negotiations and price reduction.
Your report is never shared with anyone but you . Once the report is in your hands, all digital copies are wiped clean from the Repair Pricer system.
