Used The Elite Group Property Inspection for our first home we just purchased. Our inspector was David Beaudoin he was AWESOME! He was on time, very professional. He took the time to explain and discuss any findings during the inspection. He was very thorough and everything was nicely consolidated in his report. Highly recommend them.

He’s very knowledgeable and took time to answer all our questions. He put everyone at ease about the inspection and made the overall experience great.
