As a new home buyer, I really appreciate the thoroughness & professionalism Nate displayed. He went over EVERYTHING with our relator, gave great recommendations for maintenance upkeep on appliances and the HVAC system. Got our report sent to us in less than 24hrs. As a potential new home owner, I really appreciate the thoroughness and professionalism Jacob displayed. He went over everything with us, gave us a thorough walkthrough and gave great recommendations for maintenance upkeep on appliances and the heating/ac system. Setting up an appointment was easy and responses were very prompt as well from the office. We had to rearrange our set scheduled time to help accommodate us, but it was not a problem and we really appreciate it. Overall, its a great value for home inspections and included checking everything, even with thermal cameras. BIG shout out to Kris Rankin at Elite Group Inspection - He arrived early, was patient when logistical issues arose, and extremely detailed and thorough in his inspection and report. As a first time homebuyer, I was grateful that Kris took the time to explain what he was seeing in detail, offering his expertise in length so that I was well informed. Kris Rankin did the home inspection for our property. He's very professional with lots of knowledge and experience with home conditions. He did a very detailed inspection and provided valuable comments and observations on all the findings in his report.  He took the time to go over our inspection report and answered all our questions and concerns even offering his thoughts and opinions when asked where most inspectors would just give a generic response. Wow! I am in escrow on a property and I reached out to two companies to do the home inspection. One of them never followed up with me and Elite followed up right away. Kris did our inspection and he did such a thorough and amazing job. They even fly drones over your house to check for roofing issues.
