SewerGard – Covers the underground lateral sewer/septic and main water line with each inspection you perform. If a sewer scope is performed then the coverage extends to 6 months automatically. Policy is good for 90 days from inspection date or 22 days from closing, whichever comes later and has a $2,000 coverage per line with a total for $4,000 of coverage.
How to Submit a Claim:
To submit a claim for a warranty with the full home inspection you can go to www.SubmitYourClaim.net and submit basic info that we need. You will need to upload a repair estimate from a licensed contractor that states the (1) cause of failure as well as (2) parts and labor broken out for each issue. You will also upload your inspection report and some basic info on the home and contact info. If the claim is for an appliance or HVAC system we will need the manufacture, model # and serial # from the unit that was inspected. If you are within a few days of your policy expiration date or have any questions, please call us at 800-544-8156. Your warranty is based from the date of the full home inspection.

Got David and he was amazing. He explained everything and answered any questions we had. We bought the elite package. Only bummed that the swabs from the mold he found were going to be an additional charge to send them to the lab. But he did find a leak that you could not have seen to the naked eye due to recent paint job. I would definitely use them again.
