Chimney Level 2 Camera inspections
Level 2 inspections are conducted when significant alterations have been made to your chimney since the previous inspection. These alterations encompass modifications to your fuel system, masonry repairs, tuck-pointing, and appliance replacements, among others. Additionally, a Level 2 inspection is necessary when transferring property ownership to another person or in the event of natural occurrences such as fires, foundation settling, or earthquakes. While a Level 2 inspection closely resembles a Level 1 inspection, it involves an additional step: a video scan. This video scanning procedure is employed to examine the interior of your chimney in great detail, providing our technicians with a comprehensive view inside. This step is crucial for identifying minor cracks that may have developed during a major incident.

Got David and he was amazing. He explained everything and answered any questions we had. We bought the elite package. Only bummed that the swabs from the mold he found were going to be an additional charge to send them to the lab.
